Our first TWIP! - Musical instruments made from carrots, the world’s hottest chilli and dancing
the night away in the silent disco.

Here at the Rough Guide to Accessible Britain, we wanted to say a big thank you to all of our @accessibleguide New window icon Twitter followers. So, last night we held our first ever “TWIP” - a twitter trip group outing to the Science Museum in London - one of the top attractions in the Rough Guide to Accessible Britain.

Over the years we have built up a great group of fans of the Guide and followers of the @accessibleguide New window icon Twitter feed. The TWIP was a chance for anyone with an accessibility requirement to join others and head out to a top London attraction together. We even threw in a free drink at the bar.

The event was a great success with attendees including the team from RNIB and Lara Masters, one of the writers of the Guide.

Thanks to the Science Museum for hosting us and to all the TWIPPERS who joined us.
